About Magnetic

The short version

Magnetic Games AB is a mobile game studio based in Sweden. It makes puzzle and card games for iPhone and Android: Art Heist Puzzle, Word Drop and Deck Dungeon. All three run on the studio's own framework and live-ops backend, so new levels and events reach players without an app update. Its games have been installed more than 1.3 million times since 2022, and Art Heist Puzzle alone has more than 500,000 downloads on Google Play.

Each level is a real public-domain masterpiece cut into tiles, from Van Gogh and Monet to Klimt and Hiroshige, and every solved painting comes with a letter about the work and its artist.
